SP Trends - Return & Refund policy
At SP Trends, we aim to ensure a smooth and trusted shopping experience. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through sptrends.com.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us through WhatsApp at +91 72004 63424 or email at sptrends2024@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests made after the product has been dispatched cannot be accepted.
For approved cancellations, a 2% payment gateway deduction will be applied, and the balance will be refunded through the same payment method.
SP Trends reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect customer information, stock unavailability, courier issues, or other operational constraints. In such cases, the refund will be issued in full.
Refund Timelines
If an order is cancelled or if a product is unavailable, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via UPI or bank transfer.
For returns, refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons such as slight variations in color, texture, or feel of the fabric, as minor differences are common in textile products.
To initiate a return, customers must email sptrends2024@gmail.com with a parcel-opening video (uncut, unedited, clearly showing the unboxing). This is mandatory for validating claims of damage or wrong delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Exchange Policy
If a return claim is approved, customers may exchange the item for any other product of their choice.
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, SP Trends will bear the courier charges for returning and shipping the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products customized or altered on request
Items that fall under personal hygiene or intimate categories (if applicable)
Products damaged due to misuse or not in original condition
Items without the required parcel-opening video proof
Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for safely returning the product unless the issue is due to damage or wrong delivery. For self-initiated returns, courier charges must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

SP Trends is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during self-initiated return shipments.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued upon successful return. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
